Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment for hotel and banquet operations; recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet services; set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation; follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures; help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used; requires Active Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds; team-focused, energetic attitude to exceed expectations.
