Job Summary
Deliver hot, fresh, and high-quality dishes daily by following recipe and plating standards while maintaining a cleanly, safe, and organized workstation. Communicate positively with team members and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment. Work as part of the Culinary Core Team to serve a wide variety of food in a family-friendly atmosphere, with shifts ending early at 2pm. Scheduling is generally flexible, though busiest days occur on weekends and holidays; the restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
