Job Summary
Organize and prioritize preparation of food items while preparing food according to standardized recipes to ensure proper size and weight. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and communicate effectively with guests and fellow employees. Possess strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant, supported by passion for food and beverage offerings. Requires valid California Food Handler Certification and minimum one year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant. Earn up to $15/hour with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k retirement benefits.
