Job Summary
Organize and prioritize food preparation while adhering to standardized recipes to ensure proper size and weight. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Assist in delivering an exceptional dining experience that encourages repeat visits. Possess strong knowledge of food and beverage concepts, best practices, and procedures. Requires High School Diploma or GED, valid California Food Handler Certification, and minimum one year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant. Earn up to $15/hour with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and the RBI Reading Program.
