Line Cook

Prepare assigned food items by grilling, cooking, frying, and plating menu items according to recipes and portion control guidelines. Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, counters, and tables; sanitize utensils and silverware. Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and manage storage areas to prevent spoilage. Take and record temperatures of food and storage areas, weigh ingredients, and keep waste records. Coordinate order timing, distribute food to servers, and package take-out orders. Remove trash and clean garbage containers. Maintain a positive approach to coworkers and customers while adhering to Food Handler's Certification requirements. Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
