Job Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining a sanitized kitchen, and following recipes and procedures. Essential duties include communicating with the Kitchen Manager about food issues, working with team members to accommodate guest requests, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation, supporting other kitchen stations as needed, and maintaining organized work areas. The position requires adherence to Ojos Locos standards and completion of all side work to ensure readiness for the next shift.
