Job Summary
The line cook position is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for Guests through the preparation and presentation of the menu. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, operating all equipment safely, and ensuring food quality. The role requires effective communication with team members, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team members must be disciplined, self-motivated, and friendly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members
- Must be disciplined and self-motivated
- Must be friendly and able to smile while working
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required
