Job Summary
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards while prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and operational standards. Partner with the Service Team to ensure food accuracy and timely delivery, properly operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean, stocked station before and after each shift. Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties while adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures. Requires 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience, Food Handlers Certification, and availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
