Job Summary
Prep and Line Cooks ensure that each Fan receives an unforgettable meal by preparing a variety of food across Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad stations according to specific recipes and specifications. Cooks prepare all items on the Prep List, label food per Shelf Life Chart, and complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations. Adhering to safety and sanitation policies, cooks follow HACCP temperature procedures, utilize Waste Log and Cooldown Charts, and ensure proper product rotation and stocking to par. They communicate ticket times and potential problems with Service Assistants, Coaches, Bartenders, or Servers, help the team stay caught up in the dish area, and complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists along with weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.

- Works frequently in a hot environment and/or with an open flame
- Frequently works with sharp knives and utensils
- Frequently works with hot plates
- May use slicers or other kitchen machinery
- Able to read tickets
- Able to communicate with Coach and other Players to ensure Fan satisfaction
