Job Summary
Line Cook responsibilities across fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations and taco assembly in a fast-paced Torchy’s kitchen. Prepare and cook ingredients according to Torchy’s recipes and standards; monitor dish quality and presentation; maintain a clean, sanitary work station; collaborate with BOH teammates to ensure timely, correct prep; assist with inventory and ingredients organization; operate with urgency during busy periods to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
- Previous experience preferred
