Job Summary
Line Cook position at Traditions Hospitality Group in a full-service establishment. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items to recipes and standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, collaborating with kitchen team for timely meal preparation, adhering to food safety guidelines, monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs, assisting with menu development, supporting special events and catering, and thriving in a high-pressure environment during peak service times. Requires working closely with chefs and supervisors, ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen setting.
