Job Summary

Experienced line cook skilled in poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking. Responsible for ensuring each order is cooked properly according to standard recipes and meets guests' demands, while maintaining speed, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Maintains cleanliness and safety standards across kitchen, prep and dish areas, and equipment; adheres to recipes and uses kitchen equipment correctly; supports varying events and seasonal menus; upholds health department sanitation and waste controls; sets up stations and prepares essential items for shifts; provides professional, courteous service to visitors and vendors. Requires the ability to work up to 12 hours on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and collaborate effectively with a team.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of cooking experience preferred
  • Fine-dining preparation experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
  • Ability to operate necessary kitchen equipment
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
  • Must be able to meet safety and sanitation requirements
