Job Summary
Line Cook to prepare meals with high-quality ingredients for a busy restaurant. Responsibilities include creating menus according to season and customer research, setting up the kitchen with necessary tools, preparing and presenting foods, supervising and delegating tasks to team members, maintaining inventory and restocking as needed, following all food safety regulations, and participating in daily opening and closing procedures. The role requires experience in a similar position, advanced culinary techniques/recipes, the ability to stay calm under pressure, strong time management, and physical stamina (standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds).
