Job Summary
Line Cook for Castle & Key, part-time; responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items (Neapolitan-style pizza, burgers, salads, seasonal offerings) to high standards, supporting daily kitchen operations, setting up stations, following recipes and plating specs, and contributing to food-cost targets. Collaborate with Sous and Executive Chefs to deliver guest-focused experiences, assist with new menu items and SOPs, support events and VIP experiences, and maintain cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork in a hot, high-volume kitchen. Qualifications emphasize interest in developing culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn; prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
