Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines. Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, soups, sauces, and other items; operate grills, fryers, ovens, broilers and other equipment; set up and stock line stations; ensure proper rotation, labeling, and inventory control; plate and garnish dishes to specification; maintain clean and organized workstations; support banquet, catering, and special events; collaborate with kitchen leadership and team to deliver high-quality meals and guest experiences.
