Job Summary
Line Cook position under the direction of the F&B Manager/Lead Cook. Responsible for serving, cleaning, preparing food, following recipes and procedures, operating kitchen equipment safely, communicating with prep cooks and servers, and maintaining sanitation and proper food storage. Must work in a fast-paced, hot environment, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, follow HACCP/OSHA guidelines, and complete the 90-day introductory period. Bilingual preferred; 18+; pre-employment drug test and gaming license background check required. Other duties assigned by F&B Management, including labeling/dating food, rotating stock, and assisting with ordering/spoilage reporting.
