Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with company quality and service standards. Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking. Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes. Ensure proper food temperatures. Take direction and delegate effectively; promote a team atmosphere and communicate clearly. Adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment; maintain high hygiene and quality standards; apply good judgment; continuously improve skills. Requires minimum 2 years in a high-volume restaurant setting, culinary background with knife skills, and strong food safety knowledge.
