Conduct high-volume steak preparation including meat seasoning, searing, and grilling while adhering to proper safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor cooking temperatures and utilize equipment and prep sheets to maintain quality. Collaborate with the team to support service during busy periods. This Broil Cook role is part of Texas Roadhouse's legendary food and service model, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $20.00.
