Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, soups, vegetables, desserts and banquet selections; following recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent, delicious meals; operating grills, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; preparing ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing products; monitoring food quality, flavor, appearance, and presentation; accommodating food allergies, dietary preferences, and special guest requests; supporting banquet and event functions with exceptional attention to detail; maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment; following all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures; working closely with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
