Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing and maintaining assigned sauces and food items per prep lists and par guidelines, complying with health code requirements, and using proper knife techniques with a cut glove. Tasks include cooking soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts, inspecting and cleaning areas to ensure sanitary practices, operating equipment safely per OSHA, ordering supplies and planning menus, rotating and storing food, and ensuring correct temperatures. Collaborates with BOH/FOH teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver a positive guest experience, handles food allergies and special orders, and supports other cooks during high-volume periods. Requires relevant food/alcohol certifications as designated by location and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Previous prep and cooking experience preferred
- Must have all required food/alcohol certifications as designated by location
