Job Summary
Prepare food items according to standard recipes and customer specifications, ensuring plating matches quality standards. Maintain stock levels in coolers and dry storage while keeping all kitchen areas clean and sanitized. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and communicate effectively during service. Oversee food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food items. Perform general cleaning tasks and set up stations with required items. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies. Maintain a positive work environment and assist team members as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; previous food service experience preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with staff and vendors
- Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures
