Job Summary

Prepare menu items according to Johnny Carino’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications within cook time requirements. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by Guest and prepare and cook food according to instructions. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers. Complete all assigned prep work. Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times. Set up work station. Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects. Be a core team member in a fast-paced kitchen.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Previous Line Cook or cooking experience preferred
