Job Summary
Line Cook position handling full meal preparation and execution in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing menu items per recipes and specifications, reading orders, operating large-volume cooking equipment, completing prep work, maintaining sanitary and safe food handling, setting up stations, and performing daily/weekly cleaning. Core team member in a fast-paced kitchen requiring reliability, ability to lift pots/pans up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and maintain mobility throughout shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Previous Line Cook or cooking experience preferred
