Execute menu items across grill, sauté, and expo stations during service, preparing and cooking food items to order while maintaining quality, presentation, and timing standards. Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and execution under Executive Chef supervision, while supporting kitchen sanitation, food safety programs, and prep work. Keep work stations clean, organized, and efficient throughout shifts.
