Job Summary
Line Cook at Boston Marriott Burlington: join a culinary team in a professional kitchen, preparing ingredients, following recipes, and supporting menu execution across grill, sauté, and fry stations. Develop skills with kitchen leadership, minimize food waste through cross-utilization, and maintain a sanitized, orderly work environment. Must have 1-2 years of kitchen experience (or pursuing culinary education), be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and obtain/maintain a Food Handler certification.
