Job Summary
Line Cook at Bellerive Country Club prepares a variety of foods (meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks) per standard recipes, using a range of equipment. Works with Front of House to ensure smooth service and events, sets up and maintains prep stations, manages inventory and requisitions, and ensures cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities include following closing checklists, attending kitchen staff meetings, supporting culinary leadership, and delivering high-quality, detail-focused execution in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
