Job Summary
Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes according to Zuma's recipes and standards while working efficiently on the hot line, grill, or other designated stations. Execute all food orders with accuracy and consistency, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and food presentation while keeping the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
