Job Summary
Prepares recipes according to standard procedures, stocks and prepares stations for service, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the station. Communicates product needs to back-of-house and managers-on-duty while accommodating guest-specific requests and modifications. Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation to achieve a ticket time goal of six minutes or less. Thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring overhead reaching, lifting items weighing 50+ lbs, and standing for eight hours daily. Requires full-time employment for one year minimum.
