Job Summary
Prepares recipes according to standard procedures, stocks and prepares stations for service, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the station. Communicates product needs to back-of-house and managers-on-duty, accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications, and ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation. Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less while thriving in a fast-paced environment and lifting items weighing 50+ lbs. Requires the ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours daily.
