Line Cook at Boots & Kimo's homestyle kitchen

Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies, then chop vegetables, meats, and prepare sauces and batters according to recipes. Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff while strictly following food preparation procedures and sanitation guidelines. Clean up your station and properly handle leftover food, and stock and restock inventory as needed. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, and moderately noisy environment where the kitchen can become crowded and high-pressure. Upon successfully completing the probationary period, you will be eligible to receive a monthly bonus.
