Line Cook at Bison Street pub

Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies, chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Clean up stations and manage leftover food, while also stocking inventory. Prior kitchen experience is required, with cooking or back-of-house experience preferred. Candidates must be available after 4pm and able to meet all scheduling commitments, including shifts where $3+ extra tip is paid per hour on Friday and Saturday nights after 5pm. The role involves working at Bison Street pub, which is closed Mondays, Sundays, and major holidays including Easter, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
