Job Summary
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces, and casseroles. Wash, peel, cut, and shred vegetables and fruits, then prepare meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure. Work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed while standing for long periods and lifting 25-50 pounds.
