Job Summary
Line Cook needed to assist the chef in the preparation of all cooking and culinary functions. Hands-on preparation of high volume, high quality cuisine with above-average knife skills and knowledge of quality ingredients. Must be able to accomplish tasks with little supervision and have basic knowledge of soups, sauces, butchering, and baking, while maintaining a clean, organized, efficient, and sanitary work environment. Requires 3 years of commercial kitchen experience and a high school diploma; culinary certification and Serve-Safe certification are preferred. Job duties emphasize team collaboration, effective communication, and adherence to procedures.
