Job Summary
Line cook at Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, TX. Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas. Responsible for setup, cleanup, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment. Prepare menu items in cooperation with food and beverage staff. Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items. Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner. Requires excellent people and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn; 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred.
