Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing food to quality standards, setting up the kitchen to ensure smooth operations while in service, using a variety of cooking methods, and presenting food in accordance with recipes. Duties include maintaining sanitation and equipment, reporting emergencies and safety hazards, assisting guests as needed, and contributing to a positive, hospitable guest experience in Arbor Lodging properties. Must monitor kitchen maintenance, use supplies safely, adhere to policies, and uphold quality standards and timely service while maintaining a positive attitude with visitors and staff.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years restaurant experience required
