Job Summary
Set up stations with all necessary supplies and handle, store, and rotate all products properly. Prepare menu items in cooperation with the greater kitchen while maintaining flexibility across all stations. Multitask at all points during your workday and report any operational needs or equipment repairs to management. Requires 2+ years in the food industry, strong knife skills, and bilingual Spanish proficiency. Shifts include PM rotations from 6p to 2:30a and AM shifts from 8am to 6/7pm. Required Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in fry, griddle, garde manger, or expediter
- Self-starter with the capacity to follow through on tasks
- The ability to multitask at all points during your workday
- 2+ years working in the food industry
- Knife Skills
- Bilingual In Spanish (Plus)

- Sun-Wednesday 6p - 2:30a
- Thursday- Saturday 6p-4:30a
- Mon- Sunday 8-10 am to 6/7 pm
Desired Qualifications
- Desire to learn about flavors from various ethnic cuisines, such as Asian, Latin, Hawaiian, and Italian, that inspire our contemporary dishes
- Flexibility to work within all stations
- An eagerness to grow as part of a close-knit team
- Previous New York restaurant experience is plus but not mandatory
