Job Summary
Line Cook on the pizza station responsible for hot and cold foods, dough preparation, and baking pizza dough to high standards under the Chef de Cuisine. Duties include preparing soups, sauces, and salads as directed, following recipes and portion controls, maintaining clean and orderly work area, coordinating with chefs on production schedules, rotating stock to reduce waste, and contributing to team environment. Proficiency with pizza making, knife skills, food safety certification (ServSafe), and ability to stand for long periods are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year culinary experience at a restaurant, resort or hotel property
- Valid Safe Food Handling certification (ServSafe)
