Line Cook

Line Cook responsible for daily kitchen operations in a full-time BOH role at M.L.Rose Neighborhood Pub in Mt. Juliet, TN. Coordinate with dining room and bar staff to meet guests’ needs, maintain high quality food and beverage service, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes, and company policies. Demonstrates strong culinary and organizational skills, executes recipes, maintains sanitary practices across kitchen and dining areas, adapts to changing priorities in a high-pressure environment, and contributes to cost control and teamwork within the kitchen and with front-of-house staff. Shift options include day, evening, and weekends; in-person work with a starting pay range of $18-$20 per hour.
