Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail while ensuring dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards. Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, following food safety and sanitation procedures to keep health standards top of mind. Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries as needed, communicating clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during high-volume shifts.
