Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A handles food preparation and cooking to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food quickly and safely; knowing assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep); stocking inventory; maintaining a clean, safe kitchen; staying up-to-date on new products; working safely around equipment; completing in-house training; and adhering to dress code and policies while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced breakfast, lunch, and dinner environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to multitask and work well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 20 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
