Job Summary
Line Cook-260: Prepare food items according to recipes and Crescent production standards, start prepped items without overcooking, rotate perishables, check pars for shift use, assist in keeping buffet stocked, and operate a range of kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill). Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment, comply with attendance rules, and be a collaborative team member who can communicate in English and handle tasks up to 100 lbs. Follow Crescent standards for waste control, food cost, and proper storage, while remaining adaptable to hotel procedures and guest service expectations.
