Job Summary
Line Cook duties include the preparation and production of food and beverages for a waterpark; check inventories and prepare food based on forecasts; prep kitchen and food for the day; operate smoker; stock cups, plates, utensils, and ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area; follow FIFO for inventory; prepare pizzas and catering meals; supervise and communicate with other cooks and staff; maintain safety and lead by example; requires ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds; must be at least 18 and obtain a Food Handler's Permit and TABC Certification if not already held.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Alcohol Seller/Server Certification
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Permit
- Food Handler Permit required before working
- TABC Certification required before working
