Job Summary
Concessions line cook responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of burgers, nachos, and pizza; operate standard commercial kitchen equipment; set up, clean, sanitize, and close workstations; test prepared items for proper temperature and quality; label and date products for food safety; perform general cleaning of area and equipment; shifts include 7pm-3am Sun/Wed/Thu and 9pm-5am Fri with Mondays/Tuesdays off; require standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing up to 150 lbs, and ability to work weekends/holidays; high school diploma or equivalent preferred and one year of food service experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year experience in food service preparation preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours
