Job Summary
Concessions line cook responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting burgers, nachos, and pizza; operate standard kitchen equipment; set up, clean, sanitize, and close workstations; test food temperatures and quality; label and date products for safety; perform general cleaning of the area and equipment; shifts are 12pm-8pm Sun/Thurs and 2pm-10pm Fri/Sat with weekends/holidays required; compensation is $20/hour with daily/weekly/biweekly pay; must be able to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting; HS diploma or equivalent preferred and 1 year food-service experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year experience in food service preparation preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 150 lbs
- Must work weekends, holidays, and varied hours
