Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for prepping items, stocking the station, labeling and rotating items, and maintaining a clean, sanitized workstation. Duties include prepping items to meet menu specifications, communicating with coworkers to ensure tickets are prepared correctly, restocking as needed, and assisting with end-of-shift cleaning and equipment care (ovens, ranges, fryers). Must have open availability, basic knife skills, and knowledge of basic cooking equipment. Compensation is $14-$18 per hour with a $500 signing bonus; location is Wichita, KS.
