Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed and know Domino's recipes and specs. Check makeline and cut table for readiness at the beginning of each shift, verify refrigeration unit temperatures, and properly portion and itemize products in accordance with standards. Dock and stretch dough, work in an assembly line configuration, re-date products moved to in-use status, and communicate with other station team members on needs. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, restock bins and cabinets as needed, and check product quality during bake and boxing. Report any hazards and maintenance needs. This role requires standing or walking for 8-10 hour shifts and lifting at least 30 pounds. A Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate is required. Candidates must be able to read a computer screen and memorize topping and product codes.
