Job Summary
Prune treetops, repair damaged trees, and remove broken limbs from utility lines for major electric providers using DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS climbing systems. Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while maintaining all equipment. Work as an active crew member with ground support and foreperson to perform tree identification and industry pruning guidelines. Full-time hourly position with up to 25% travel. Hourly rate from $18.00 to $22.00 based on experience and CDL status.
Required Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hire
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
- Love of the outdoors
- Up to 25% travel
