Job Summary
Prepare a variety of dishes using established recipes across meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items; cook via broilers, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment; maintain quality, portioning, plate presentation, and garnish setup; ensure cleanliness and sanitation and uphold safety protocols; evaluate and communicate equipment needs; perform supplementary tasks as needed; prior culinary training or experience as line/prep cook preferred, with emphasis on food safety and standard kitchen procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in culinary training or experience working as a line cook, prep cook or similar role
