Job Summary
Lead the Lindon Fulfillment Center team across production and warehouse operations, train and align team members to continuous process improvement, plan and assign work, monitor and drive improvements in morale, safety, volume, cost, and quality; ensure goods are properly kitted and routed on time, perform duties across production, fulfillment, warehouse, and returns areas as needed, maintain documentation, and represent the team as an ambassador of company culture; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, communicating effectively, and supporting lean/process-improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
