Lincoln Street School - Occupational Therapist Long-term Substitute

Occupational Therapist - Long-term substitute role in the Northborough-Southborough Public Schools. Provides direct OT services (one-on-one, small group, and large group) to students to meet IEP goals and enable participation in activities throughout the school day. Responsibilities include in-class and pull-out treatment, collaboration with IEP team for eligibility, caseload management across inclusion models, standardized testing, documenting sessions for Medicaid claiming, HIPAA/FERPA compliant records, and supervision of COTA’s as needed. Requires active licensure and appropriate OT degree; position runs August 27 to January 4, 2027 with potential for ongoing involvement in school-based OT duties.
